Accessibility statement
Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use the SightWalk website, account portal and review screen, including on a phone, outdoors, with one hand, or with assistive technology.
Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
What we've done
- Text and controls meet WCAG contrast ratios, with larger text for use outdoors.
- Buttons and links are at least 44 × 44 pixels.
- Status labels use words and icons, not colour alone.
- Pages work with a keyboard and have visible focus and a skip link.
- Form errors are explained in text, next to the field.
- Sign-in allows password managers and pasting, and needs no puzzle.
- Demo videos have captions and a transcript, and never autoplay.
- Motion respects your device's "reduce motion" setting.
Known gaps
- Review screen: choosing a different photo frame relies on scrubbing the video. If this is a barrier for you, tell us and we'll choose the frame with you.
If you find a gap we haven't listed, please tell us.
How we test
Keyboard only; NVDA with Firefox; TalkBack with Chrome on a mid-range Android phone; automated checks.
Tell us about a problem
If something doesn't work for you, tell us through the contact form: the page and what happened. We reply within one business day.
