How our terms work

Every SightWalk customer uses the service under a signed customer agreement. The agreement sets out the service, fees, data handling and both parties' responsibilities, and it includes our operator agreement under POPIA (sections 20 and 21).

The main points:

• SightWalk produces drafts that require human review. Your competent person remains responsible for findings, certification and sign-off.
• You own your data and your reports. We own the software.
• Raw recordings are deleted 30 days after the report is issued, by default, and you can export your reports at any time.
• South African law applies.
