Billing questions
How do we pay?
By EFT against a monthly tax invoice, or by card.
Is VAT included?
No. Prices are excl. VAT, and VAT is added on the invoice.
What happens to our data if we leave?
Export your reports first. We then delete your company's recordings and data, as set out in your agreement.
Is there a free trial?
No. We run paid pilots instead, so we can set you up and support you properly.
