Requesting access to records
The Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) gives you the right to request records we hold, subject to the grounds for refusal in the Act. Personal information we hold about you can also be requested under POPIA, as set out in our privacy notice.
To make a request, contact our Information Officer through the contact form. Tell us which records you want and how you'd like to receive them. We'll send you the prescribed form, tell you about any fee, and reply within the time the Act allows.
The Information Regulator's guide on how to use PAIA is available on its website, inforegulator.org.za.
