Risk surveyors walk a site and write up construction, protection, housekeeping and hazards. Film the visit and talk over it, and you get a structured draft with a still from the video for every observation.
How it differs for surveyors
Insurers have their own survey formats and risk-grading guides, so your profile and report layout are set up to follow them. The quote step is usually switched off, because the output is a survey report rather than a quote. As in every trade, the surveyor checks the draft and signs it off.
